Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Colocode — a no-code colony MMO where players program units and structures with a visual node graph — together with this website and related services (the “Service”).
1. Operator and service

Colocode is currently in pre-production. Features, content, the economy, and availability may change, and parts of the Service may be experimental, mocked, or temporarily unavailable. We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Accounts and security
You register with a callsign and a passphrase, and you confirm your email address with a verification code. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other players’ colonies;
- exploit bugs to damage the shared economy, or automate access outside the in-game programming model;
- upload malicious code or use the Service to harass other players.
5. Fair play and the economy
Colocode is free-to-play. We never sell resources, credits, or simulation speed for money. Paid options cover convenience, breadth, and cosmetics only. We may adjust balance and prices to protect the shared exchange.
6. Purchases
Optional purchases (such as a cosmetics season pass or an Overseer+ quality-of-life subscription) may be offered in the future. Where purchases are available, terms of payment, renewal, and refunds will be presented at the point of sale and are subject to applicable law. During pre-production no real payments are processed.
7. Intellectual property
The name “Colocode”, the interface, design, databases, and code belong to the Operator and its licensors. Role graphs you author remain associated with your account; by publishing a blueprint to the in-game marketplace you grant other players a license to import and run it under the marketplace rules.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes are published in the interface. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
